Invite Nakine to Discord

Procedure

  1. Open the invitation link.
  2. Select a server where you are the owner or an administrator.
  3. Verify the bot and applications.commands scopes.
  4. Grant the requested permissions and complete the CAPTCHA.
  5. Wait a few seconds for slash commands to register.
  6. Run /help to confirm that Nakine responds.

Permissions and bot role

The current invite requests Administrator so every module can work without fragile per-channel permission gaps. You can reduce permissions afterwards if you maintain your own access matrix.

ModuleUsually required permissions
ModerationManage messages, kick, ban, moderate members, manage roles, manage channels
AutoMod / anti-raidView channels, manage messages, moderate members, manage roles
Tickets / formsView channels, send messages, manage channels, embed links, attach files
Logs / welcomeView audit log, view channels, send messages, embed links
GiveawaysSend messages, embed links, manage messages, read message history
Temporary voiceManage channels, move members when required, manage permissions
Role hierarchy

Place Nakine's role above every role it must assign or remove. It cannot moderate a member above its role or change a nickname protected by Discord's hierarchy.

After the invite

Open the dashboard, select the server, and run the setup assistant. Configure a log channel and a support role first; both make the other modules easier to diagnose.

Removing and re-inviting the bot does not automatically create a new configuration. Review module state and permissions before re-enabling auto-moderation.
