Discord giveaways
Discord giveaways use a message with an entry button and a recorded random selection. They can be created and operated from commands or the dashboard.
Start a giveaway

Options for /giveaway start:

duration | 30s, 10m, 2h, or 1d style duration. |
winners | Number of winners; one by default. |
channel | Target channel; current channel by default. |
required-role | Role required to enter. |
blacklist-role | Role forbidden from entering. |
bypass-role | Role that bypasses restrictions. |
min-account-age | Minimum account age in days. |
must-boost | Requires the member to boost the server. |
bonus-role / bonus-entries | Gives a role extra entry chances; multiplier 2 by default. |
Operate a giveaway

/giveaway list | Lists active giveaways, channel, end time, winners, and participants. |
/giveaway pause [message-id] | Pauses a running giveaway. |
/giveaway resume [message-id] | Resumes a paused giveaway. |
/giveaway delete [message-id] | Deletes without selecting a winner. |
/giveaway reroll [message-id] | Selects new winners for a completed giveaway. |

Members click the configured button to enter. Restrictions are evaluated at entry time. A giveaway with no eligible participants cannot produce a winner.
Customize the embed and button

/giveaway settings set-color [color] | Sets a hexadecimal color such as #5865F2. |
/giveaway settings set-emoji [emoji] | Changes the button emoji. |
/giveaway settings set-text [text] | Changes the button label; maximum 32 characters. |
The dashboard also provides creation, participant lists, end, pause/resume, delete, and reroll actions without copying message IDs.
Transparency
Announce duration, winner count, roles, and the contact method before the draw. Keep the giveaway message until the result can be verified.
